Modular ECUs

Digital Governor XIOS UCThe modular, universal XIOS control system represents a new generation of ECUs. At its core lies the motherboard with a high-performance CPU and generous DRAM and FLASH memory. Thanks to the FPGA chip, the computing power can primarily be used for the CPU or PLC functions, as well as for control processes requiring a lot of processing power. In addition to the motherboard, several jumperless, configurable I/O modules can also be used. It is also ideal for alarm and monitoring purposes.

XIOSUC

Digital Speed Governors

HEINZMANN governors are recognised for their great reliability and durability along with their excellent performance. Available in a wide range, these speed governors are perfectly configurable in order to meet any application's requirements. Combined with the appropriate actuator, HEINZMANN control units make up high-quality governor systems for diesel engines, gas engines, dual-fuel engines and gas , water and steam turbines. All of HEINZMANN’s digital governors offer extensive functions that can be programmed using the DcDesk configuration tool.

DC 1-03 / DC 1-04

HEINZMANN’s first generation of digital speed governors, marketed as the PRIAMOS product range.It has now been replaced by our universal control XIOS UC. However, it is still available as a replacement device and spare part.

Marketed under the name PANDAROS, this is HEINZMANN’s most powerful range of digital speed governors for plants up to 3 MW. It can be combined with all types of HEINZMANN actuators up to a control torque of 40 Nm. It can be expanded to actuate two actuators.

An ECU with a high number of I/Os, suitable for a wide range of complex control and monitoring tasks in ships, locomotives and generators. The Viking35 has established itself as the ideal solution on the market for applications involving complex load sharing in particular. The user-friendly Viking Vision software or a corresponding hand-held device can be used to edit or display control and status parameters in real time. It is combined with hydraulic actuators from REGULATEURS EUROPA.
